Refund Policy

We provide a flexible 60-day return period for all skincare and hybrid makeup products available in our store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased items for any personal reason, you are eligible to submit a formal return request within sixty calendar days from the day your order arrives at your delivery address.

All goods sent back for return must stay intact and unaltered. Products need to retain their original packaging, complete packaging seals and full product contents. Any items that have been heavily used, partially consumed, stained, damaged, missing original boxes or contaminated will fail our warehouse inspection and cannot be approved for refunds.

After our warehouse receives your returned parcel and finishes a full condition inspection, we will launch your refund procedure right away. The full refund amount will be returned to your original payment channel within 5 to 10 business days. All refund settlements use USD as the unified standard currency, no matter which local currency you used to complete your checkout payment.

Only the intrinsic value of the products will be included in your approved refund. The initial shipping cost you spent during checkout cannot be refunded under general return scenarios. Any return application sent in after the 60-day valid return window will be directly declined without special exceptions.

For orders that arrive with defective goods, broken packaging or wrong items, you still follow the same 60-day return rule. You just need to keep all original packaging and product parts for inspection verification. Once our staff confirms the abnormal product status, we will arrange your USD refund following the fixed 5 to 10 business day processing cycle.

We do not accept partial returns for bundled sets. If you purchase a set of multiple skincare or makeup items, all pieces of the set must be returned together to meet return standards. Separated single item returns from a complete set will not be processed for refunds.

We reserve the right to adjust the refund processing progress under special circumstances, and all final inspection and refund decisions made by our warehouse team are definitive.
